ABOUT YOUR WORKSHOP LEADERS
Laura Putnam, MA is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Motion Infusion, Inc. Motion Infusion is a wellness and performance company that works with Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations and academic institutions. An expert in how we learn, motivation and behavioral change, and building a healthy organizational culture, Laura is a frequently sought after speaker for national and international conferences. Laura draws from a varied background in education, public policy, wellness and movement. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Stanford University in International Relations and a Masters degree in Education from Brown University. Laura is also an active member on several community boards including the American Heart Association Greater Bay Area 2020 Task Force, Stanford Health Promotion Network as a Program Associate and the American Society for Training & Development Golden Gate Chapter’s Board of Directors.
Rose Gantner, Senior Director, Health Promotion, UPMC Health Plan. Rose has thirty years of experience in wellness and counseling psychology. She has worked as CEO for two hospitals for Magellan Health Service and as vice president of managed care, employee assistance programs, and wellness at Corphealth. In addition to founding and directing her own counseling and psychology practice, Dr. Gantner has served as a health management consultant to state government agencies, private organizations, and commercial groups.

ABOUT YOUR WORKSHOP LEADERS
John Riedel, MPH, MBA, is President of Riedel & Associates Consultants. John Riedel has over 30 years of experience in the fields of managed care, disease prevention and demand management. He provides strategic consultation to national managed care firms, self-insured employers, pharmaceutical companies, and demand management vendors. Mr. Riedel is a thought leader in the health and productivity field. He has written and presented widely on the topic. He developed and directs the HPM Clinic, a comprehensive course on health and productivity. John has a Master’s Degree in Public Health from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Organizational Effectiveness from George Williams College.
Dodi Kelleher, Principal, D Kelleher Consulting, Former Director, Health & Wellness Initiatives, Corporate Benefits, Safeway Inc. “Dodi” Kelleher, DMH has been a behavioral health care executive, consultant and clinician with over 25 years of experience in both public and private sectors. Dr. Kelleher has a proven track record of developing strategies and designing programs that improve people’s health, wellbeing and productivity and, as a result, improve the bottom line. She has broad experience in the design, implementation, and management of specialty programs with a behavioral focus, including initiatives integrated with prevention, primary care, disability and disease management. Dr. Kelleher is a nationally recognized expert in the areas of behavioral disability and the impact of mood and behavior on productivity and has worked with diverse populations and agencies, including employee assistance, managed care, mental health centers, employers, disability plans, and integrated health and wellness programs. More recently her work has focused on consumer engagement strategies, integration of health and wellness programs with consumer driven health plan design, patient centered medical home models and value based designs. She currently works with employers as an independent consultant.

ABOUT YOUR WORKSHOP LEADER
Steven F. Cyboran, ASA, MAAA, FCA is Vice President and Consulting Actuary with Sibson Consulting. With more than 20 years of experience, he leads Sibson's national team focusing on Healthy Enterprise initiatives, including absence, health and lost productivity. Mr. Cyboran has been actively involved in a variety of benefit strategy projects focusing on health care, disability and paid time-off.
Mr. Cyboran graduated with distinction from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Mathematics. He is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, and a Fellow of the Conference of Consulting Actuaries. Mr. Cyboran has earned CEBS designation from the International Society of Certified Employee Benefits Specialists. He is also a member and Chicago Chapter Past President of the Disability Management Employers Coalition.
