In June, 2011 the Office of the National Coordinator (ONC) introduced its Investing in Innovation (i2) Initiative to accelerate health innovation nationwide. Five months later, the Center for Medicaid and Medicare (CMS) Innovation Center announced $1B in new funding to support health innovation projects across the country. In support and recognition of these milestone events, World Congress is proud to host its first mHealth innovation exchange event, whereby provider technology decision-makers will be paired with mHealth entrepreneurs to accelerate mHealth adoption by facilitating commercial partnerships and fostering collaboration.
