Pranayama is a yogic science of respiration. The basic principle of pranayama is to supply maximum amount of Oxygen to the body cells through various breathing techniques. In recent years, pranayama has gained attention because of its benefits discovered by many Indian doctors and yoga followers. This technique of breath control has shown miraculous improvements in patients with Diabetes, Hypertension, thyroid, Cancer and several other disorders. In today‘s busy and stressful life, our breathing tends to be shallow and fast, thereby providing less oxygen to the body organs, typically causing lower vitality and various diseases.
