The 2nd Annual World Congress Leadership Summit on The Road to Interoperability - Innovative Public/Private Initiatives in Healthcare Information Exchange - RHIOs, EHRs and Consumer Portals will assemble the the industry's foremost industry practitioners and thought leaders who will reveal the latest innovations and initiatives in accelerating the funding, adoption and implementation of information technology in the healthcare setting. Much has happened at both the federal and state levels over the past year that has proved to be a powerful mechanism for promoting the development of industry standards for interoperability, facilitating the exchange of information among key stakeholders, and underscoring the importance of encouraging investment in healthcare IT.

They will also address critical issues such as patient care and safety, clinical quality, privacy and security, finance/ROI, legal, and organizational efficiency.
