explores how to make the business case to corporate senior management for behavioral health and wellness; how to build these programs, select vendors,
work with disease management and show their financial value. Additionally, the Summit demonstrates the Link Between Evidence Based Behavioral Medicine and Pay for Performance and how to reduce behavioral health disability and increase return to work.
The Wellness programming will also show how to promote employee health and wellness with tax credits to business,
the economic return and evidence for linking behavioral health to health promotion and productivity, the underlying causes of presenteeism,
creating incentives, building resilience, selecting health risk appraisals and lifestyle coaches.
Four keynotes, case studies, six seminars, interactive luncheon roundtables and a
networking reception provide opportunities for attendees to consult and assess behavioral health and health promotion's maximum impact, and bottom line.
