An Innovative Engagement Model – Changing Consume Behavior on a Cost Effective, Scalable Basis
Current consumer engagement models insufficiently personalize content; readiness, efficacy, psycho demographic/attitudinal profile, media mix & preferences, meaning, and behavioral economic structures. Innovation will be based on the integration of multiple concepts; a rich mix of personalized messages, media, interventions and rewards are essential to effectively engage consumers around their health. This session introduces Premera’s innovative strategy and results, including:
  • How to incorporate a mixture of behavior models, rich media, and consumer information to personalize programs and increase engagement
  • Develop a program that both improves the consumer experience AND the health of consumers
  • Evaluate results of the first implementation of this model applied to physical activity in a large individually insured population and how it will be applied to nutrition in the future
