Present Your Poster at the 3rd Annual Chronic Care and Prevention Congress

World Congress recognizes the significant educational value in poster presentations. As a registered conference attendee at the 2nd Annual Chronic Care and Prevention Congress you can sign up to present a poster. The deadline to submit a short abstract to be posted on the website is May 15, 2009. Payment of conference registration and poster fees must also be received by May 15, 2009. Posterboards are 22” x 28”. Posters may not be used as exhibit displays or for marketing purposes and are subject to approval by Congress organizers. Only one poster presentation will be allowed per registered attendee.
