Catherine M. Baase, MD, is the Global Director of Health Services for The Dow Chemical Company. Dr. Baase has direct responsibility for leadership and management of all Occupational Health, Epidemiology, and Health Promotion staff and programs around the world. In addition to these roles and along with the Global Director of Benefits, Dr. Baase is responsible for the Dow Health Strategy. She is also involved in health policy and health issue management at Dow. Previously, Dr. Baase was the director of Health Care Strategic Planning with direct responsibility for the US health benefit plans.

Chuck Reynolds has been working in health management and marketing for over two decades, accumulating a range of experiences ranging from in the trenches program management to high level business strategy development. As President of The Benfield Group’s Employer Practice, Chuck helps large employers with management- and employee-focused health and human capital communications. Chuck also works extensively with chain pharmaceutical and device manufacturers, health plans and others in the health care supply chain to help them demonstrate and communicate their value proposition to employer customers.

Vincent E. Kerr, M.D. is President of Care Solutions at Uniprise, a UnitedHealth Group company serving large, self-insured employers. At Uniprise, he is responsible for network and clinical strategy. He is involved in leading the Uniprise effort to promote quality and efficiency differentiation within the network and is focused on enhancing the value proposition of Uniprise to its customers along these domains. He also leads Uniprise's efforts in care management and other clinical, and patient centered processes.

For almost 20 years, Dr. Wendy Lynch has been making the connection between employee health and business outcomes. Her career has included roles as faculty at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, Senior Scientist at Health Decisions International, and Principal and Senior consultant at Mercer Human Resource Consulting. Now Executive Director of a new education and research foundation called the Health as Human Capital Foundation, she also runs her own independent consulting practice in Denver. Educated at the University of Colorado at Boulder, she earned a Doctorate in Research and Evaluation Methodology.
