- Discuss a predictive model to identify populations at risk for disability and research to identify the most effective behavioral and clinical interventions
- Determine what programs are expected to be value-add in affecting change in at-risk populations (including health disparity areas) and what level of change to expect, with emphasis on employee assistance, disease management and stay-at-work strategies
- Discuss effective drivers of engagement in interventional programs
- Understand why it is not just individuals with chronic disease who may be at risk for disability
