Communication Strategies to Increase Enrollment and Employee Engagement
Getting your employees to take informed action within the health care industry is a major challenge which is why effective employee communications is vital. To better prepare their employees to make the right choices, American Financial Group has developed a unique and on-going employee communications program designed to not only prepare them during open enrollment, but to make sure that they are thinking about their health care over the long term. In this session, you will learn strategies to engage your employees beyond the typical "annual enrollment" view of health care coverage and understand how taking a "health care economics" approach will assist your employees in making the right benefit decisions.
