Global Crossing made headlines this March for its $11.2bn acquisition of larger telco Frontier. Robert Annunziata previously served as President of AT&T’s $22bn business services group. He spent 15 years as Chairman & CEO of Teleport Communications Group (TCG) which he built from the ground up before selling it to AT&T for $12bn in 1998.
