Kevin Wellenius is a founding member of the US office of Frontier Economics, and holds the position of Senior Consultant. He has three years of experience in the analysis and economics of deregulated electricity markets, and developed the Latin American practice while at London Economics, Inc. Mr. Wellenius has worked throughout Latin America on major privatizations and independent project development, including Colombia, Peru, Panama, Brazil and the Dominican Republic.
