Fran�ois Roussely Chairman ELECTRICIT� DE FRANCE Fran�ois Roussely was appointed Chairman, ELECTRICIT� DE FRANCE in July 1998. Mr. Roussely began his career as a senior civil servant in 1981 in the offices of the Ministry of the Interior. He was assigned to the Chairman of a parliamentary committee in the Assembl�e Nationale and was made Director General of the National Police in 1989. He became General Secretary for the Administration of the Ministry of Defense in 1991. He also spent 6 months at SNCF, the National Rail Company, as General Secretary and member of the Executive Committee. |
