In 2007, a survey by a national magazine listed Oklahoma City as one of the fattest cities in the U.S. Since then, 47,000 residents lost a collective 1 million pounds and citizens voted to invest nearly $1 billion in infrastructure designed to promote an active lifestyle. How did Oklahoma City do it? Mayor Cornett explains.
