How to Request an Official Letter of Invitation for VISA purposes
Thank you for your interest in the 6th Annual World Health Care Congress (WHCC). As an international attendee, it may be necessary for you to receive an official invitation to obtain your travel visa. Please read the following procedures needed in order to expedite your request.

International Attendees requesting a Letter of Invitation must be registered attendees with a valid confirmation number prior to requesting an invitation letter.

Invitation requests must be received no later than two weeks prior to the opening of WHCC,
by March 31, 2009.

Invitation processing takes approximately 5 - 7 business days after you have submitted the form. Due to the number of requests for invitations we receive on a daily basis, we can provide emailed and faxed invitations only.
