In its third annual year, the World Congress Leadership Summit on Integrated Delivery Systems will convene senior leadership from integrated delivery systems, hospitals, health systems, and health plans to discuss cutting edge strategies in care delivery, HIT, and business models to integrate care and achieve the goals of the triple aim.
Sessions will discuss out-of-the-box strategies to maximize opportunities in the shifting landscape of health care delivery. Integrated systems and those working towards the goals of integration will share lessons learned and solutions including:
