The World Congress 3rd Annual Health Care Reform Congress on Health Insurance Exchanges, July 24-25, 2012 in Washington, DC will address HIX planning and strategy for health plans. In 2012 Health Plans will find themselves in a precarious position as they struggle to prepare for upcoming deadlines on exchanges, analyze and adjust to the final rule released in March, await the Supreme Court ruling on the individual mandate, the final release of the essential benefits package and other key policy details that will deeply affect the future of their business model.
