Kara’s career history in health care quality and performance improvement includes serving in leadership roles for Centene Corporation and Coventry Health Care in St. Louis, MO. Prior to joining the health care industry Kara served in various social service agency roles assisting people with chronic conditions, behavioral health disorders, and people with disabilities achieve their residential and employment goals. Kara holds a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology from Maryville University in St. Louis, MO.

David Morris is a results-oriented executive with over 25 years of accomplished professional work experience, encompassing sales, business development and client services for healthcare-focused technology and services companies. David joined Eliza from Health Dialog where he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Services, and played a key role in the Company’s efforts to help health plans, employers and providers address their entire populations with solutions across the full spectrum of health. Prior to Health Dialog, David was Vice President for SAP America's Healthcare business working with leading payers and providers, and a national account team. He also was responsible for establishing and managing IMS Health's top-tier payer customer base as their Vice President of Business Development.
