We are proud to announce the 12th Annual Observation Management Summit celebrating a more than a decade dedicated towards this changing opportunity in health care. From our great success in 2014, our 12th Annual Summit will continue to build on that achievement with new and innovative sessions and content.
The 12th Annual Observation Management Summit brings together hospitals, health systems, and providing care organizations to focus on the changing Observation Unit. Over the course of two days, peers share strategies around implementing and managing an effective observation unit while being financially savvy. Discussions around how to utilize key personnel and resources while addressing managed care requirements, and the processes involved in patient flow and case management are explored.
