About the Conference

World Congress is proud to present the 9^th Annual World Congress Leadership Summit on Optimizing Observation Patient Management. While the concept of observation units is well established, only recently has there been enough evidentiary support to prove the observation units effectiveness. This executive forum will showcase the best practice strategies of leading hospitals and healthcare systems with regard to how they operate and effectively utilize their observation units.

By attending this conference, administrators will be able to learn crucial skills such as ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement of observation patients and improving patient flow to prevent bottlenecks within the hospital.
