Clinical Nurse Specialists retrained as Transitional Care nurses follow high-risk patients from primary care through their medical transitions. The Inaugural Nurse Leadership Summit convenes nurse executives from all sectors of health care to discuss how to overcome challenges in professional practice and patient care. Leaders explore the critical role of the nurse in advancing efficient and effective care delivery and strategies to fully utilize the nurse resource.
