The National Congress for Employee Well-being convenes HR, benefits, and employee well-being professionals from private and public sector employers, hospital systems, and health plans to discuss innovative well-being models and strategies to enhance their current programs to ensure improved employee productivity, performance, and overall health.
Attendees will have the opportunity to hear case studies and lessons-learned from employers on cost-effective and holistic programs, and network with peers whose primary goal is to ensure employee health and well-being needs are met.
