Albert Chan, M.D., M.S., FAAFP, as Vice President, Chief of Digital Patient Experience at Sutter Health, is the corporate champion for the transformation of web and mobile health care services, translating the latest advancements in digital health into consumer-centric patient experiences and digitally empowered clinician workflows. He also leads the Sutter Health My Health Online initiative. He practices in Family Medicine at the Palo Alto Medical Foundation.

Dr. Chan earned a bachelor's degree with honors in Biological Sciences from Stanford University and a medical degree from the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine. He completed his residency and year as chief resident in family medicine at the San Jose Medical Center Family Practice Residency, affiliated with Stanford University of School of Medicine. He concurrently completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Biomedical Informatics at Stanford University School of Medicine and Family Medicine Research at the University of California, San Francisco School of Medicine, studying the effects of point of care decision support in the management of hypertension. During fellowship, Dr. Chan also assisted with the launch of PAMFOnline, now Sutter's My Health Online, one of the earliest PHRs in the United States.

Aditi U. Joshi MD, MSc is a Senior Advisor in Telehealth and Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Her position at TJUH is multi-faceted in telehealth and tele-intake: working in operations, quality assurance, provider training, resident and medical education and implementing new programs and use cases for telehealth. She is director of a Telehealth fellowship aimed at training future physicians interested in leading virtual care. Nationally, she serves as the Chair for the Telehealth committee of the American College of Emergency Physicians, helping expand the role of telehealth within the specialty.

John Moore is a physician, engineer and the Medical Director at Fitbit. He is the former CEO of Twine Health, a Cambridge based company recently acquired by Fitbit. John studied biomedical engineering and then medicine at Boston University. He left the clinical career path, determined to develop solutions to improve healthcare delivery, and earned a PhD from MIT. His research included the intersection of health psychology, learning science, and human-computer interaction, which formed the health behavior change foundation of Twine Health that is now being leveraged at Fitbit. John was recently recognized by Employee Benefits News, as one of the 2019 Digital Innovators: Transforming HR. John finds his fit with various ocean-related activities, including surfing.

Dr. Sarah Pletcher is Vice President and Executive Medical Director for Virtual at Houston Methodist Health System. She has 25 years of healthcare and innovation experience in a variety of roles and settings- involving strategy, innovation, network development and clinical integration. Prior to joining Houston Methodist, she spent 12 years at Dartmouth, first for surgery residency, then in leadership roles for the health system advancing telemedicine and other innovations.

In her consulting capacity, Dr Pletcher has advised health systems, philanthropic foundations, government entities, companies, policy makers, payers, and investors on a number of topics and is a national thought leader and invited speaker in areas related to innovation and health care delivery.

Dr Pletcher received her undergraduate education at Kalamazoo College and received her M.D. and M.A from Michigan State University, and is a 2017 graduate of the Masters of Health Care Delivery Science program at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Karen Romans serves as Fitbit Health Solutions’ Strategic Partner Clinical Lead. She is a licensed clinical social worker who has been focused on improving care delivery for the last 15+ years, most of which has been spent at the intersection of technology and health. Karen obtained her Masters in Clinical Social Work from New York University. In addition to practicing psychotherapy, much of Karen’s career has been spent leading behavioral health and chronic disease care management programs where she partnered with health systems, private payers and Medicaid. Prior to joining Fitbit, Karen was Head of Customer Success at Twine Health. When she’s not working, Karen enjoys staying active through group fitness classes and chasing squirrels with her dog Tex.
