Erin Lenox is the Vice President for the National & Major Accounts segment at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. Prior to joining Blue Cross Blue Shield, Erin was a Senior Consultant in the Health and Benefits practice at Willis Towers Watson. Erin has extensive experience consulting with large corporations and designing comprehensive health risk management strategies to address the complex components of the US healthcare delivery system.
Erin earned an undergraduate degree from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA and a Masters in Public Health from Yale University. Erin also holds the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of Management, University of Pennsylvania. Erin received the 2015 Power Broker Award from Business Insurance Magazine based on nominations from her colleagues and clients and frequently speaks on industry topics in the marketplace. Erin is also a member of the Board of Directors for the New England Employee Benefits Council (NEEBC). |
