As Senior Vice President Clinical Operations and Ancillary Programs, Paula Greenberg is responsible for clinical programs, medical quality, performance improvement, risk management, clinical operability services, and clinical oversight for value-based payment programs. She has led performance improvement initiatives for patient satisfaction, leadership development and office staff training programs. With over 20 years in health care management, Paula also successfully developed and supported revenue generating programs and services including imaging and in-office procedures.

Prior to joining Women's Health USA, Paula was the Director of Antepartum & Gynecology Services at Hartford Hospital. She was responsible for inpatient high-risk obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, and outpatient prenatal testing. Paula also held additional nursing positions at Hartford Hospital, specializing in general and gynecologic surgery, oncology and medicine.

Paula holds an MBA with a Health Care Management concentration and BSN. She is a member of several professional organizations. Paula served two terms as past Public Member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, District I, and has been appointed by the CT House of Representatives to service as a public member to the Council on Protecting Women’s Health

Dr. Jeffrey Langsam is the Market Medical Executive for the state of Connecticut, joining Cigna on July 1, 2019. Beginning in late 2017, he served as a medical director for another large carrier in the New England Regional Care Market, with responsibility for Connecticut. He has a diverse background in managed care including ACO performance, value based contracting, utilization review, network strategy and sales support. Before his transition to managed care, he was a hematology/oncology physician for almost 8 years with Starling Physicians in the Hartford, CT area. In addition to his patient care responsibilities, he served as medical director of the Starling Physicians Laboratory, and taught residents and medical students at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine as Assistant Professor of Medicine. He completed his fellowship in hematology/oncology at the State University of New York at Downstate, and his residency in internal medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He is a graduate of the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine.
