Launched in June 2013, EngagingPatients.org was created in the belief that patient engagement is central to the transformation of healthcare. By partnering with smart people and great organizations, it has created a vibrant community where providers, patients and patient advocates come together to share best practices for engaging patients, and participate in thoughtful discussion. In 2014, EngagingPatients sought to gain broader visibility for the great work that's being done to enhance patient and family engagement and established the John Q. Sherman Award of Excellence in Patient Engagement which recognizes the innovative programs that are delivering better, safer care and outcomes.

NICHQ (National Institute for Children's Health Quality) is an independent, nonprofit organization working for more than a decade to improve children's health. We help organizations and professionals who share this mission (typically, healthcare professionals and delivery organizations, foundations, government agencies, and community organizations) make breakthrough improvements so children and families live healthier lives.

pharmaphorum drives innovation within the pharmaceutical industry, by bringing healthcare together through a suite of media services that help produce and disseminate thought leadership, combined with an online platform for communicating messages to a global audience.

Speak Up and Stay Alive RadiOh! is a fast paced talk radio show focused on the subject of hospital and healthcare safety, patient advocacy, and the patient experience. The program is hosted and produced by Pat Rullo, author of the book Speak Up and Stay Alive the patient advocate hospital survival guide. The program is nationally syndicated on 27 radio stations and is broadcast worldwide on Clear Channel's iHeart Radio and is also available to over 5000 stations via XDS Cumulus Satellite. Pat also speaks to groups, organizations, businesses, and hospitals about how to improve the patient experience.
