A person’s ability to make appropriate health decisions relies on their capacity to understand basic health information and services. Therefore, we must aid individuals in navigating our products and platforms, accessing health care services, managing health conditions effectively, navigating the health system, and adopting healthy behaviors that can improve quality of life. As part of this workshop, you will gain insight on how to leverage design thinking to design effective communication strategies.
