Recognize The US Surgeon General Report on Physical Activity and Health states that significant health benefits can be obtained by moderate physical activity such as 30 minutes of brisk walking, 15 minutes of running or 45 minutes of playing volleyball on most days of the week. Health care expenses associated with physical inactivity can cost business each year. Even a small percent in activity in the workforce can significantly reduce the cost of medical care and lost productivity.
