This plenary session, open to all attendees, facilitates high-level structured discussion between ministers of health, ministers of finance and senior government executives from European countries plus a panel of selected expert policy analysts and business leaders. Participants will exchange experiences and best practice strategies for successful change management and health care policy reform. Ministers’ presentations will be followed by a moderated panel discussion.
