(+) Breakfast or Refreshment Break Sponsorship
All delegates need a break for a light snack or beverage to recharge in between conference sessions. Use this sponsorship as a means of visibility and benefit from the following exposure: Company will host either the morning or afternoon Networking Break on the first main day of the conference Client may hand out a promotional item during the break Logo in conference brochure and website (including hyperlink)
(+) Reception Sponsorship
Sponsoring a cocktail reception during the Congress on the first or second evening of the conference establishes a notable first and lasting impression on the delegates. Client will host the reception for the conference including all attendees on the first main day of the conference Promotional information distribution within the luncheon
(+) Luncheon Sponsorship
Lunch is also a time where your company can generate awareness of its support of the Congress. Client may make a welcome speech (no more than 5 minutes) to all attendees and speakers. Promotional information distribution within the luncheon
(+) Luncheon Keynote Sponsorship
The Keynote Sponsorship allows your company to support an industry thought leader(s). As a result, your company creates an association with a specific message or stance delivered by the Keynoter(s). Assume a position of Thought Leadership ï¿½ Sponsor will have the ability to present the Luncheon Keynote on Day One. The luncheon will be open to the entire conference.
(+) Dinner Sponsor
World Congress will work with the sponsor to targeted delegates and appropriate speakers to an official sponsored dinner reception during the Leadership Summit. The dinner can address a specific topic or be extended to certain job titles to ensure focused, meaningful discussions. Lanyard ï¿½ Badge String distributed to all conference attendees and speakers at registration Custom made badge strings with repetitive pattern of sponsor logo, prominently emblazoned. Recognition in conference materials for sponsor support.
(+) Badge Holder Inserts

Sponsor may have one item or flier placed in the hotel room of registered guests/delegates of the event on the first main conference night Piece must be able to slide under a locked door In room delivery available at extra cost

Sponsor may have their logo and information on the hotel room-key. Registered delegates staying in the hotel will receive the key upon checking-in.
