Nicole Bradberry is the CEO of the Florida Association of ACOs and the President and Co-Founder of Orange Health Solutions where she brings an innovative vision, deep knowledge of healthcare, technology and business solutions to develop the Orange business model and products. She is also the President of MZI Healthcare, a recent acquisition of Orange, which provides technology solutions for healthcare management and administration. Together these solutions uniquely solve for today’s healthcare transformation of providers managing cost and quality. Prior to Orange, Nicole was the Chief Information Officer for Rise Health, where she led the design and implementation of a full primary care transformation suite of products. In this role, she led her team to win the prestigious US Department of Health and Human Services health data award for IT innovation. Prior to Rise, Nicole spent 16 years leading operations and information technology programs for UnitedHealth Group and CIGNA Healthcare. In particular, for United, she led the national deployment of their Quality and Affordability programs, which successfully reduced 1 billion in annual fully insured spend. Nicole is passionate about changing healthcare and enabling physicians to provide quality and consumer focused care.
