Terihilda Garrido Vice President, Strategic Operations, National Quality & Clinical Systems Support Kaiser Permanente
Terhilda Garrido is Vice President, Strategic Operations, in National Quality & Clinical Systems Support at Kaiser Permanente (“KP”). In this role she leads benefits realization work on Kaiser’s EHR, called KP HealthConnect: including analysis of impact, evaluation, and further optimization projects; as well as knowledge management and strategy support for national and regional leadership. In addition she has facilitated the development of the KP Care Delivery Blue Sky Vision, a vision of KP’s future care delivery model leveraging clinical IT investments. She brings a diverse background in operations, planning, medical economics, statistics & financial analysis. Before joining Kaiser Permanente, Terhilda did economic modeling for the European Economic Community and others. Terhilda has a BSEngineering, Princeton University in Operations Research and a Masters in Biostatistics, University of Cal., Berkeley.
