Deb Baehser is CNO and Senior Vice President, Clinical Services. In 1999, she joined Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital Hamilton and in 2005 assumed responsibilities of the Vice President of Clinical Services and the Chief Nursing Officer. She led expansion efforts in the addition of a new clinical tower which houses Emergency Department, Critical Care and a Telemetry Unit. She was also instrumental in the introduction of a new Level II Nursery and the implementation of a Shared Governance model and a research committee within Nursing Services. Ms. Baehser received her Associate of Science/RN degree in 1983 from Bucks County Community College. In 1996 she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Care Administration from the University of St. Francis and was awarded a Master of Science degree from the University of St. Francis in 1999. She is a member of the New Jersey Organization of Nurse Executives, a member of the Nursing Education Advisory Board at the College of New Jersey, an active member of the RWJ Chief Nurses Executive Council, and a Board member of the Women’s Heart Foundation.
