In her role as Vice President of Industry Relations at Diplomat, Cheryl works with pharmaceutical manufacturers finding partnerships and crafting patient centric health care solutions. Specifically, she helps to identify new opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry then collaborates with manufacturers to design services and distribution solutions that support their patients’ journey.
Cheryl brings more than 25 years of industry experience, with work in independent and specialty pharmacy, as well as in managed care consulting and health care IT. Before joining Diplomat in July 2011, Cheryl worked as the senior director of clinical services at Sanovia Corporation, where she managed new product development and sales support. Prior to her tenure at Sanovia, she held roles with Priority HealthCare as a pharmacist-in-charge for oncology and lead pharmacist for pain management. Cheryl also founded C. Allen & Associates, a firm focused on managed care consulting, and Eden Drug Company, an independent pharmacy.
Cheryl earned her Bachelor of Science in pharmacy at Samford University’s McWhorter School of Pharmacy, and her MBA at Saint Joseph’s University Erivan K. Haub School of Business with a focus in pharmaceutical and health care marketing.

Responsible for development and implementation of strategies related to the distribution and operations for company products utilizing the appropriate distribution channels, which include wholesalers, retail chain, independent pharmacies, specialty distributors, specialty pharmacies GPO’s and IDN’s.. Also responsible for the strategic development of Specialty Distribution programs including but not limited to the execution and management of 3PL and PAP programs.

Jeff Henderson has more than 28 years of pharmaceutical and biotech experience. He currently is the Vice President, Head of Market Access and Government Affairs at Sobi, Inc, a position he has held since July 2018. In this position, Jeff is responsible for the Market Access Organization overseeing Account Management, Payer Strategy and Marketing, Trade and Distribution, Patient Services, Field Reimbursement, Pricing and Government Affairs.
Prior to joining Sobi, Inc, Jeff held various executive level leadership positions at Intarcia Therapeutics, Vertex Pharmaceuticals, and Pfizer. He has a broad range of experience and expertise leading commercial teams within the industry and specializes in new product commercialization, national and key account management, patient services, rare diseases, marketing, trade and distribution, specialty pharmacy, strategic planning, and pharmaceutical contract negotiation and pricing.
Jeff served as an officer in the United States Army for 15 years where he attained to rank of Major and is a graduate of the Virginia Military Institute with a Bachelor of Arts in History.

Christine Hummel serves as the Senior Director within the CVS Specialty Trade Team. Christine is responsible for managing the specialty pipeline with her team and working with new pipeline manufacturers. Christine also works with current pharmaceutical manufactures to contract for limited distribution products for access, procurement, distribution and services. CVS Specialty business represents ~35B.
Christine has been with CVS Specialty for 8 years and has working in multiple roles within the Trade group within the Med D, PBM and Specialty strategy and Trade group. Christine has been solely focused on the specialty strategy within Trade for 5 years.
Prior to Christine joining CVS, she worked with a physician consulting group, Bristol Meyers-Sqibb and Merck for over 15 years collectively.

Jeff Kohout is a Senior Director of Specialty Pharmacy and leads a team of National Account Directors responsible for managing accounts throughout the AstraZeneca Specialty Pharmacy network. Jeff joined AstraZeneca in 2004 and has held various leadership roles in Sales, Commercial Operations, Marketing, Leadership and Team Development, and Market Access. Prior to AstraZeneca, Jeff worked for Élan Pharmaceuticals where he held multiple roles throughout the Commercial Organization. Stephen Perkins, MD
Chief Medical Officer, Commercial and Medicare Services UPMC Health Plan
Stephen E. Perkins, MD, serves as the Chief Medical Officer, Commercial & Medicare Services for UPMC Health Plan. As a member of Health Plan’s senior management team, Dr. Perkins provides clinical leadership for all Quality Improvement, Medical Management , and Provider Network Development activities. In addition, he oversees UPMC Health Plan Community Health Initiatives with UPMC as an integrated finance and delivery system.
Previously Dr. Perkins serviced as Vice President of Medical Affairs and Senior Medical Director for UPMC Health Plan. In that position, he provided strategic and clinical leadership and medical oversight for the Health Plan’s commercial products and served as senior medical director for UPMC WorkPartners’ suite of workers’ compensation, employee assistance, health promotion, and health management products.
Prior to joining the Health Plan in 2010, Dr. Perkins served for 12 years as corporate medical director for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont, the largest Vermont-based health coverage carrier. His 30 years in the health care field also included 13 years as a family physician in South Charleston, W.Va.
Dr. Perkins received his undergraduate degree in biology from West Virginia University and his M.D. from the WVU School of Medicine in Morgantown. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Kanawha Valley Family Practice Center in South Charleston, W. Va.

Becky brings a wide range of experience in publicly traded companies and private organizations within a variety of healthcare sectors, including specialty pharmacy group purchasing, consulting and the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to Humana, Becky was a Senior Director responsible for the Supply Chain Specialty Pharmacy Trade Relations, Strategy and Access for Premier Healthcare Specialty Pharmacy: Commcare. During her 2.5 years with Premier, Becky increased the portfolio of limited distribution and restricted drugs by 350%. She also spent 18 years in the US pharmaceutical industry. Becky is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison and earned her master’s degree from Keller Graduate School of Management. Becky is a former USA gymnast and resides with her family in Charlotte, NC.

Stephen currently serves as Director, Specialty Injectable Marketing and Market Access functions within the Pfizer Injectables business unit, a $1.1 billion portfolio supplier of sterile injectables and surgical products. In this role, he provides leadership in the establishment and maintenance of product value propositions inclusive of commercialization, pricing, distribution, access, reimbursement, patient services, and dispensing of Specialty Products.
Stephen brings close to 26 years of managed care and marketing experience largely in the US. In his prior position as Associate Director of Brand Maximization and Established Medicines at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, he led brand and portfolio peri-LOE teams on initiatives to improve product access, reimbursement, patient affordability, and emerging customer strategy across the portfolio of cardiovascular, oncology, immunology, anti-infective, inflammatory, neuroscience, and pipeline assets across the product life cycle. He also served as market access, distribution, and pricing lead for ILARIS, where he developed customized distribution strategies, market access plans, and reimbursement programs.
Prior to Novartis, Stephen has served in a number of cross-functional roles with Pharmacia/Upjohn, Johnson & Johnson, and Bristol Myers Squibb leading the generation of optimal access and reimbursement for products across multiple managed care accounts. These include GPOs, IDNs, ACOs, PBMs, SPPs, Retail, Wholesalers, Insurers, VA/DoD and other national/regional customers across all channels such as Commercial, Medicare Part D/B, Managed Medicaid and ACA Exchanges. In these positions, he has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of the clinical, economic, and business model dynamics driving decision making and product coverage by payers.
Stephen’s managed care, marketing, pharmaceutical launch, and lifecycle management expertise in US product commercialization also spans biologics, small molecules, devices, biosimilars, and generics across multiple therapeutic classes including rare diseases.
Stephen holds a B.S. in Biology from Wright State University and an M.B.A. from Franklin University, as well as attending executive leadership programs in pharmaceuticals & leadership at Harvard School of Business.
Ray Tancredi, RPh, MBA, CSP

Ray Tancredi is divisional vice president, Specialty Pharmacy Development Brand Rx/Vaccine Purchasing, at Walgreens, based in Deerfield, Illinois
Tancredi oversees a team responsible for all specialty pharmacy trade functions including Specialty Pharmacy product access, including limited distribution and relationships, managing manufacturer hub services and referrals, contract negotiation, implementation and compliance, pharma programs and services, data analysis and reporting, RFP support and coordinating clinical, patient services, new drug in-services, and education. Additionally, he oversees management of strategic manufacturer accounts in an effort of maximize contracts and provide exceptional customer service.
Tancredi also oversees the team responsible for brand prescription drug launches and vaccine procurement including flu vaccine, GPO relationships, and specialty pharmacy distributors.

Steve Vincze serves as President and CEO of TRESTLE Compliance, LLC . He is a former Chief Compliance Officer & Privacy Officer/senior executive for several healthcare companies, a former counsel to a U.S. House of Representatives Oversight Committee, and a successful entrepreneur and consultant.
Steve has worked directly with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (“HHS”) Office of Inspector General (“OIG”) to draft the medical billing industry compliance guidance.
Steve brings over 20 years of experience to his clients in regulatory compliance matters. Combining his past experiences, Steve brings a unique blend of insights from government policy and enforcement to private sector business implementation to his clients. Steve is an expert in sales and marketing, anti-kickback, false claims, IRO and CIA implementation, and anti-corruption/FCPA compliance issues in a U.S. and global context.

Prior to forming TRESTLE Compliance, LLC, Steve split his 23-year private-sector career between service as a Sr. VP or VP Chief Compliance Officer/Privacy for three different health care organizations and as a consultant, forming his own companies as well as for a “Big 4” firm.
Steve started his career as an officer in the United States Marine Corps, received various citations, decorations and a full scholarship to law school, served as a prosecutor and defense counsel, served in the Office of the Secretary of Defense and later was selected to serve as a counsel and professional staff member of the Government Operations Committee in the U.S. House of Representatives.
