Jodi Miller is a Field Reimbursement Manager for AstraZeneca in the Philadelphia area. Stephen E. Perkins, MD, serves as the Chief Medical Officer, Commercial & Medicare Services for UPMC Health Plan. As a member of Health Plan’s senior management team, Dr. Perkins provides clinical leadership for all Quality Improvement, Medical Management , and Provider Network Development activities. In addition, he oversees UPMC Health Plan Community Health Initiatives with UPMC as an integrated finance and delivery system.

Stephen brings close to 26 years of managed care and marketing experience largely in the US. In his prior position as Associate Director of Brand Maximization and Established Medicines at Novartis Pharmaceuticals, he led brand and portfolio peri-LOE teams on initiatives to improve product access, reimbursement, patient affordability, and emerging customer strategy across the portfolio of cardiovascular, oncology, immunology, anti-infective, inflammatory, neuroscience, and pipeline assets across the product life cycle. He also served as market access, distribution, and pricing lead for ILARIS, where he developed customized distribution strategies, market access plans, and reimbursement programs.
Prior to Novartis, Stephen has served in a number of cross-functional roles with Pharmacia/Upjohn, Johnson & Johnson, and Bristol Myers Squibb leading the generation of optimal access and reimbursement for products across multiple managed care accounts. These include GPOs, IDNs, ACOs, PBMs, SPPs, Retail, Wholesalers, Insurers, VA/DoD and other national/regional customers across all channels such as Commercial, Medicare Part D/B, Managed Medicaid and ACA Exchanges. In these positions, he has developed a deep knowledge and understanding of the clinical, economic, and business model dynamics driving decision making and product coverage by payers.

Matthew Turner is the Vice President of Business Development for Paysign, Inc. Matt specifically focuses on Paysign’s Patient Affordability Solutions. Matt has worked with brands across numerous therapeutic areas and sizes, from orphan drugs to blockbuster retail products.
Prior to working with Paysign Matt worked for TrialCard Inc in a variety of roles. Richard H. Williams, R.Ph., is a 2nd generation pharmacist with a depth of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout his pharma career, he has sold, promoted, and contracted for over 40 products that included more than a dozen blockbuster drugs and many specialty molecules. His background includes experience in neuroscience, endocrine including diabetes, oncology, and cardiovascular diseases.
Richard provides executive leadership and strategic direction with a focus on business development and growth with a specific focus on helping companies introduce rare, orphan and biosimilar drug products.
Prior to joining CSI, Richard practiced retail and hospital pharmacy before joining Eli Lilly & Company. During his time at Lilly, he worked with physicians, integrated delivery systems, academic medical centers, long-term care providers, specialty pharmacies, regional and national health plans, and PBMs.
Richard earned his bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, MS. He has served on several boards, including Christian Leadership Concepts and Hope Smiles. He regularly volunteers with The Bridge, a Nashville based non-profit that helps the homeless, where he is currently working on intersecting street medicine with population health.
