In 2001, former president George H.W. Bush issued a challenge to do something "bold and venturesome" about cancer and the CEO Roundtable on Cancer was born. With the support of fellow CEOs from diverse industries and state governments, the Roundtable accepted the challenge issued by the forty-first president of the United States to create and implement initiatives to address cancer in the workplace. This Summit will address how employers working with health plans and providers can create a healthy work culture that is cancer preventive and offer integrated cancer care to those affected as cancer becomes a chronic disease.

Keynotes, case studies, three pre-conference seminars, luncheon speakers and a networking reception provide opportunities for attendees to analyze cancer prevention and cancer care management in the workplace.
