Jonathan is the Co-Founder and President of GreenRobe. He has studied the healthcare industry for over 25 years. During that time, Jonathan spent 16 years with the Advisory Board Company, where he launched several new business lines, served as an executive advisor to the firm’s largest clients, studied a broad range of health system clinical, operational and financial challenges, and advised boards and executive teams on overall strategy. Jonathan has also worked as a strategic consultant to some of the nation’s largest health systems; including Trinity, Providence, and CommonSpirit. He began consulting with emerging companies in the healthcare space in 2012, and has since partnered with dozens of companies to successfully support strategic marketing, branding, and sustainable growth. Jonathan also led pioneering branding and strategic growth work connecting Creative Artists Agency (CAA), the world’s most prestigious talent and branding agency, with some of the top brands in adult and pediatric medicine, including Mayo Clinic and Children’s National in Washington, DC.

Jeff Greene is an entrepreneur, award-winning innovator, population health and practice management expert, human factors engineer, and former self-insured business owner. Greene (Jeff) is the inventor of the “Trilateral Health Accountability Model,” a web-based system designed to improve health and lower costs, for which he holds three U.S. patents and a Canadian patent. He is founder and CEO of MedEncentive LLC, a web-based health improvement/cost containment service company, headquartered in Oklahoma City.

Among his many awards, (Greene) Jeff holds the distinction of being the only person ever awarded the Risk Innovator of the Year by the insurance industry, and the Patient Advocate of the Year by the medical community. Being recognized by such diverse professions is a testament to (Greene’s) Jeff’s ingenuity and desire to help his fellow man.

(Greene) Jeff attended the University of Oklahoma on an athletic scholarship, where he was a record-setting hurdler and track team captain. He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from OU. He served as a reserve officer in the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers for fifteen years. He and wife Debby live in Norman, Oklahoma. They are the proud parents of adult children Jess and Sarah Beth.

Al wears multiple hats, and not just to cover his bald spot. He’s an author whose critically-acclaimed bestseller on outcomes measurement, Why Nobody Believes the Numbers, was named 2012 healthcare book of the year in Forbes. Cracking Health Costs: How to Cut Your Company’s Health Costs and Provide Employees Better Care, released in 2013, was also a trade bestseller. His 2014 book Surviving Workplace Wellness, co-authored with Vik Khanna, has also received accolades, with excerpts appearing in the Harvard Business Review and elsewhere.

As a consultant, he is widely acclaimed for his expertise in population health outcomes and strategy. In 2013, Al was named one of the "unsung heroes changing healthcare forever". As a validator of outcomes, he has been able to obtain Gold Standard certification for many of his clients, and Quizzify, from Intel’s Validation Institute. He is also one of the population health field’s most-acclaimed speakers, as well as a prolific author and interviewee on outcomes economics, having been featured in almost every major lay and healthcare publication.

Before entering the population health field, Al was a partner at Bain & Company. He holds two degrees from Harvard, where he also taught economics, and his economic policy book was made into a show on the Washington, DC NPR affiliate.

But he still can’t get his kids to clean up their rooms.

• She has a technical orientation for using health IT innovations and predictive technology combined with value-based insurance design. She leverages many leading-edge tools and techniques – such as population health risk management, health literacy enhancement, alternative funding arrangements, incentives and rewards, reference-based pricing (RBP), health data analytics, high performance networks, and cost and quality transparency.
• Her talents as a ‘translator’ bridge the disciplines of IT and data, analytics and business decision-making, ultimately driving the design and execution of the overall benefits strategy, while linking teams, including vendor partners, in a unified goal toward optimal health, maximum cost reduction and an ultimate return on investment and value.
• She was a Principal and Health Practice Leader for Buck in Los Angeles and Chicago, and now in Nashville. She was also a Principal and Senior Consultant at Mercer, and in 2000 founded and managed an employee benefits consulting firm for sixteen years where she developed and successfully executed on solutions for employers and other consulting firms.
