Nathan Gregory is the Deputy Director of Human Resources at the City of Fort Worth, the 12th largest City in the US. He has been at the City for over 5 years and his career in Human Resources spans more than 20 years. He is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and has bachelor of arts degrees in Business Management and International Business from Judson University. He will soon complete a Master in Public Administration degree at the University of Texas Arlington.

Nathan is the Chairman of the HR Executive Network for North Texas LEAD. He is also a Board Member for the Dallas Fort Worth Business Group on Health (DFWBGH). Additionally, he is a graduate of the 2020 Leadership Fort Worth program, and a member of the Fort Worth Human Resource Management and Society for Human Resource Management Associations.

She founded Adept Benefits to break the cycle of annual cost increases and make sure employers get the value they pay for.

Megan is an experienced, well-respected strategist whose biggest strengths are her drive and compassion for taking care of people. She was among the charter class of 30 advisors to be certified by Health Rosetta, a nonprofit that accelerates adoption of simple, practical, non-partisan fixes to our healthcare system.

Prior to this Aideen spent over 25 years as a physical therapist, published researcher, speaker, college lecturer, clinical oversite and owner of a busy outpatient clinic. With her background in clinical excellence, Aideen saw a need to transform the current path of musculoskeletal care by changing the focus from the treatment to a proper mechanical diagnosis. Marianne Fazen Marianne Fazen, PhD

Marianne Fazen is Executive Director of the DFW Business Group on Health, a coalition of DFW area employers and healthcare organizations committed to improving healthcare quality, efficiency, and accountability in North Texas. Ms. Fazen also serves as President and CEO of the Texas Business Group on Health, a statewide organization representing Texas employers’ interests regarding healthcare purchasing and policy issues.

Ms. Fazen is a frequent speaker and commentator on employer-sponsored health benefits issues. She has been recognized as a member of the Dallas 500 Business Leaders by D CEO Magazine in 2020 and 2021, and as a DFW Healthcare Leader by the Dallas Business Journal in Who’s Who in Healthcare in 2016.

Ms. Fazen currently serves as Regional Director of The Path Forward for Mental Health & Substance Use, a national initiative focused on improving access to high quality mental and behavioral healthcare, and of the Leapfrog Group, a national hospital patient safety advocacy organization. She also serves on the Board of Directors (Past President) of URAC, a national healthcare accreditation organization and previously on the Board of Governors of the National Alliance of Healthcare Purchaser Coalitions, representing 40 employer-led healthcare coalitions across the country.

Ms. Fazen has an undergraduate degree in Medical Technology from University of Wisconsin and a Doctorate in Communications Science & Human Development from University of Texas at Dallas.
