Linda Brady is a member of the Health Care Strategy and Policy team at The Boeing Company, managing our provider network and health care analytics strategy. In her role, Linda manages the overall portfolio of Boeing’s Preferred Partnership (ACO) programs, from the initial contracting phase through implementation and sustainment. She has over 20 years of experience in the health care industry and is a Six Sigma Green Belt. Prior to Boeing, Linda was a consultant at two of the leading health benefits consulting firms where she advised large complex organizations on their health care benefits strategy, including direct contracting arrangements, TPA integration, ACO implementations and measurement.

Mike has been at Emory for 12 years, holding senior leader roles at the organizational level and the department level with Orthopaedics. Prior to joining Emory, Mike spent over 15 years at Mayo Clinic at all three primary locations (Rochester MN, Jacksonville FL and Phoenix AZ) after being born at Mayo Clinic and raised at that Institution. The majority of his career has been spent in Clinic Operations and Strategy. Mike holds a BA in English and a MBA from the University of Minnesota.

As Chief Commercial Officer, Britt Hayes leads Contigo Health’s sales, business development and client services areas. Previously with Health Design Plus (HDP), Hayes contributed to HDP’s significant expansion of its client and member portfolio across all product lines while maintaining phenomenal client retention results. Prior to Health Design Plus, Hayes held various senior roles with national payers and consulting firms. He holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Charleston in West Virginia. He has been active in several charities, and has served on the National Alumni Board of Directors for the University of Charleston.

Peter Hayes is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Healthcare Purchaser Alliance of Maine and formerly a principal of Healthcare Solutions and Director of Associate Health and Wellness at Hannaford Supermarkets. He has been recognized as a thought leader in innovative, strategic benefit design for the past 25+ years. He has received numerous national awards in recognition of his commitment to working collaboratively with healthcare providers and vendors in delivering health benefits that are focused on value (high quality efficient care). He has been successful in this arena by focusing on innovative solutions for patient advocacy, chronic disease management, and health promotion programs.

Peter has also been involved in health care reform leadership roles on both the national and regional levels with organizations like Center for Health Innovation, Care Focused Purchasing, Leapfrog, co-founder of the Maine Health Management Coalition, and been appointed by two different Maine Governors to serve on Health Care Reform Commissions to recommend public policies to improve the access and affordability of health care for Maine citizens.

Sheila Savageau Sheila Savageau

Sheila Savageau is the U.S. Healthcare Leader at General Motors. Sheila has been with General Motors since 2013 and is responsible for U.S. healthcare benefits plan design strategy and policy for hourly and salaried employees. Sheila has been instrumental in establishing and executing the healthcare strategy for General Motors through innovation to the healthcare delivery model. Sheila is an advocate for improving experience, engagement and efficiencies across the healthcare industry. Sheila led the strategy and delivery of the first value-based direct contract with Henry Ford Health System in 2019 and continues to evolve value-based initiatives in various markets. Sheila is an active member of employer coalitions, including Business Group on Health, the ERISA Industry Committee and the Economic Alliance of Michigan.

Prior to joining General Motors, Sheila led strategy, design and implementation of new initiatives and managing benefits programs for 60,000 employees globally at Ingersoll Rand, Sheila is an accomplished Global Benefits leader. She was instrumental in contributing to Ingersoll Rand’s success by aligning company objectives while maintaining a competitive and robust benefits offering.

Sheila has years of experience in the areas of finance, operations, design strategy and vendor management related to global benefit plans.
