Provider and care team burnout, which had been increasing for years, hit record levels during the pandemic. Health care organizations must find creative ways to address both short and long-term physical and mental health effects on clinical staff members such as increased rates of depression, SUD, PTSD, and suicide.
This session features honest conversations around how to fight the stigma of provider burnout during and beyond the pandemic.
