Steffany Stern is the National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s Associate Vice President, Advocacy and Policy. In this role, she works with government relations staff and volunteers across the country to analyze and advance public policy that would improve the lives of people living with MS. Prior to this position, Ms. Stern served on Capitol Hill as the Legislative Director for Congresswoman Gwen Moore. She covered a range of issues for Congresswoman Moore, including budget and appropriations, health, education, and women's issues. Before moving to Capitol Hill, Steffany worked for the National Partnership for Women & Families, focusing on public policies that provide support for working families. She received a Master of Public Policy from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts from Macalester College. |
