The 2010 WHCC officially commences at 8:00 am on Monday, April 12th.
Recently confirmed closing keynote speaker -- 12:45 pm – 1:15 pm on Wednesday, April 14th!
Governor Edward G. Rendell, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will present an address State Views on Health Reform.

Conference Registration
Conference registration will be open on Sunday, April 11th from 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM and on Monday, April 12th from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Arrive early to pick up your conference badge, WHCC program guide and tote bag!

Other Activities
Healthways Fun Run - Runners and walkers are invited to join the race that will begin promptly at 6:30 am on Tuesday, April 13 th. Challenge yourself and choose to run 6k or walk 3k along the historic bank of the Potomac River in beautiful National Harbor – Prizes will be awarded for both categories! To register please email [email protected]. Please note that spouses are welcome to join.
Women Business Leaders Brunch - Please join an interesting discussion hosted by WHCC and the Women Business Leaders on Wednesday, April 14, 2010, 9:30 am - 10:30 am. RSVP by Wednesday, April 7 th to [email protected] stating that you would like to be added to the WBL Brunch.
Tips and Reminders
- Dress in "layers" or perhaps bring a sweater in anticipation of room temperature fluctuation. Many attendees dress business casual.
- Bring business cards. This will aid you with networking and aid us in keeping your contact information current.
- Bring a laptop and/or smart phone. This will allow you to email questions for keynote speakers, and access the WHCC Community Portal during the event.
- Please fill out session evaluations provided in your tote bag. Feedback from our many repeat customers helps shape future events. As an added benefit, there will be a drawing each day to win a 23andMe personal genome kit for completed evaluations.
- If you have any special dietary needs, please notify us prior to the event and as soon as possible.
