WASHINGTON D.C. February 25, 2010 � The 7th Annual World Health Care Congress is pleased to announce the Social Business Lab of The Grameen Creative Lab, a unique one-day hands-on workshop that will provide a setting to learn about best practices for social business. Led by Professor Muhammad Yunus, founder of Grameen Bank and Grameen Health, participants will come from the business sector, academia, civil society, non-profit sector and other areas.

The interactive session will explain the Social Business model that Grameen Health, Danone, Veolia, BASF, Aravind and others are using to make a sustainable business to meet social needs normally relegated to welfare or charity. The Grameen Creative Lab is designed to accelerate and spread the spirit of Grameen social business under the principals of Professor Yunus.

The Grameen Creative Lab is a Joint Venture between the Yunus Centre in Bangladesh and circ responsibility in Germany, founded by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Muhammad Yunus and Hans Reitz, founder and creative director of circ.
