Healthways and World Congress invite you to join a select group of leading employers over lunch for a rich discussion on improving the health and well-being of your population, including impact on productivity. As part of your participation in this focus group, Healthways will conduct an online Well-Being Assessment for your entire population (or a subset if you prefer) prior to you arriving in D.C. for the conference. If you choose to offer the assessment, you may be able to have your individual results in hand for the meeting, allowing you to share and compare findings and discuss opportunities for improving well-being within your population.

The comprehensive Well-Being Assessment measures six key areas, including: life evaluation, physical health, emotional health, healthy behavior, work environment and basic access to necessities, with added focus on employee productivity, work environment and health culture. It also includes questions that qualify as a NCQA accredited Health Risk Assessment.  Administration of the assessment is a simple process managed by Healthways.
