What is the World Health Care Congress (WHCC)?

WHCC is World Congress' flagship event. WHCC 2012 gathers 1,600 health care thought leaders over three-days to participate in more than 60 educational sessions and to network in the executive networking lounge.

What is the structure of WHCC 2012?

WHCC 2012 begins on Sunday, April 15, 2012 with the Insider's Reception (for VIP Members, Speaker Faculty and Lead Sponsors). On Monday, April 16, 2012 WHCC 2012 begins at 8:00 am and runs until Wednesday, April 18, closing at 12:30 pm.

Where will WHCC 2012 be held?

The 2012 9th Annual World Health Care Congress will be held at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center on the Potomac River in National Harbor, MD ( 201 Waterfront Street, National Harbor, MD 20745, 301-965-2000).

How do I register for the World Health Care Congress?

To register for WHCC, please contact us at 800-767-9499 or email us at wcreg@worldcongress.com. If calling from outside the United States, please call + 1 781-939-2400. You can also register online.

I registered, but I'd like to upgrade to a VIP Membership or Team Package. How can I do that?

I can no longer attend WHCC, can I send a substitute? What is the cancellation policy?

Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours in advance of the conference. Cancellations received in writing on or before March 4, 2012 will be refunded, less a $295 administrative charge. No refunds will be made after this date; however, the registration fee less the $295 administrative charge can be credited to another World Congress conference if you register within 6 months from the date of this conference. In case of conference cancellation, World Congress' liability is limited to refund of the conference registration fee only. World Congress reserves the right to alter this program without prior notice.

I am a member of the Press. How do I register to attend the Congress?

World Congress press credentials are available to full-time editorial staff writers employed by a trade publication, mainstream media outlet (newspaper, radio, TV, etc.), or online magazines.
