The World Congress 2nd Annual Summit on Integrating Behavioral Health and Primary Care Medical Homes

The Summit convenes payers, providers, and policy makers to share best practices that advance the integration of behavioral and physical health care and specifically addresses: operational barriers to care coordination, evolving reimbursement and payment models, financial concerns, technology issues, and outcomes data.
