METHODS OF REGISTERING

PLEASE NOTE: Allow appropriate processing time prior to the event for any of the following registration methods. Once on-line advance registration is closed, the following methods are also closed. However, you may register on-site at the event with payment in hand.

You may register directly through the Conference, Webcast, Webinar or Compendium website

Email…
You may email your registration to wcreg@worldcongress.com With the Subject Line Register and the Name of the event. Please include the following information for each attendee. Name, Title, Company, Company Address, Phone, Fax, Email and any session selections and Priority and/or Promo Codes if Applicable Once this information has been received an invoice will be sent to you via email.

CONFERENCES - NET 14 – However, all registration fees must be paid-in-full prior to the start of the event.

WEBCASTS- All registration fees must be paid-in-full prior to the start of the event, in order to receive the Log-in Instructions.

WEBINARS - All registration fees must be paid-in-full prior to the start of the event, in order to receive the Log-in Instructions.

ONLINE COMPENDIUM ACCESS- All fees must be paid-in-full, in order to receive the Log-in Instructions.

We currently accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. PLEASE NOTE: charges on your statement will appear under WC Research Inc

CHECK:

We accept business and/or cashier's checks, in US Funds drawn on a US Bank, made payable to WC Research Inc

WIRE TRANSFER:

Our Administrative Offices
Our esteemed speaking faculty is selected from areas of expertise and geographic locations appropriate to our events. We recruit the most knowledgeable leaders from around the globe.
Our administrative office is located in the United States. We post prices in local currency to communicate the value of our programs. However, all payments are processed in US Dollars. This common practice is done to streamline the accounting process. We do have a link to a currency convertor on our website. All credit card payments will be charged in US Dollars, converted based on the date of registration. If you live outside the US, this charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency. Receipts for all credit card payments will be in US Dollars. Receipts for all Bank Transfer and check payments will be in US Dollars, once converted by our US Bank.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

PLEASE BE ADVISED: all payments are processed in U.S. Dollars. International currencies are converted to U.S. Dollars on the date of payment. We make every effort to process the most accurate currency exchange. However, all international payments are subject to fluctuation in currency exchange rates.

CONFERENCES: ON-LINE REGISTRATION INFO (What is the process? What can I expect?)

When registering one (1) individual...
Our on-line registration for individuals is a LIVE registration process. After completing three (3) easy steps, you are registered. Credit card charges are processed with an immediately generated confirmation/receipt. Invoices are generated immediately so you may print them and process your check payment. Please note: within fourteen (14) calendar days of the start of an event, credit card payment is required to register on-line. Before registering, please review this entire page for our Terms of Purchase.  All On-Line Registrations are subject to review and correction.  Discounted industry pricing is reviewed by our staff and will be adjusted should the purchaser not be qualified for the selected rate. In This case an email will be sent to inform of this change within 2 business days.

Registering on-line - 3 easy steps:

  • Provide your information (once complete, scroll to the bottom of the page & click the button labeled 'review your information'
  • Review your registration (once complete, scroll to the bottom of the page & click the button labeled 'submit your registration' -- once you click that button, you are being registered
  • View, save, & print your confirmation or invoice*. Your registration is complete.

PLEASE NOTE: once this process is complete, you may return to view your registration, but you may not edit it. To make payments on invoices you must mail your invoice with a check or pay by credit card via telephone or fax. When registering a group of four (4) or more...
Our on-line registration for groups is NOT a live registration process. You will receive an automated reply. This is not a confirmation. Your registration request is then transmitted to our Customer Relations Team. Registration fees for group registrations are NOT automatically processed. All group registration requests are reviewed by our team for any applicable Team Discounts. You will receive invoices or confirmations via email within two (2) business days, excluding weekends & US Holidays. In the interim, please save the automated reply for your records. If you do not receive confirmations or invoices via email within two (2) business days, please contact us at 800-767-9499 or wcreg@worldcongress.com . Please have ready the name of the event, date you registered, and a copy of the automated reply when contacting us.

Other Exceptions…
On-line registration for some conferences may not be LIVE. This may be due to pricing not yet determined for the event or special Industry Sector criteria that must be reviewed by our Customer Relations Team prior to processing. In these cases, you will receive an automated reply. This is not a confirmation. Your registration request is then transmitted to our Customer Relations Team. All registration requests are reviewed by our team. You will receive an invoice or confirmation via email within 2 business days (please exclude weekends & US Holidays). In the interim, please save the automated reply for your records. If you do not receive a confirmation or invoice via email within 2 business days, please contact us at 800-767-9499 or wcreg@worldcongress.com . All posted registration fees are for conference sessions only. To book your room or get rate quotes at the host hotel, please refer to the original printed brochure or check the HOTEL & TRAVEL page for the specific event you are attending. Please note: rooms at discounted rates may sell out.

CONFERENCES: PRESENTATION MATERIALS (What can I expect?)

PRESENTATION MATERIALS (for Congresses):
We make every effort possible to gather all presentation materials prior to the event. The availability of materials is contingent on presenters submitting them.

PRESENTATION MATERIALS (for Leadership Summits):
All supplementary materials for Leadership Summits are delivered via a Web-Based Conference Compendium. Approximately 5 business days prior to the event, we will email a password & link to presentation materials we have received. They are stored on a password-access-only page on our website. All registration fees must be paid-in-full to receive this email. Also, to help ensure you receive the information in a timely manner, please be sure to provide us with your correct email address. Many attendees find it useful to print hard copies of the presentation materials and bring them to the event to facilitate note taking. Presentation materials will only be provided via the Web-Based Conference Compendium. NOTE: No hard copy compendium will be provided at any time.

THE WEB-BASED CONFERENCE COMPENDIUM:
The Web-Based Conference Compendium is a collection of our presenters' biographies and Adobe Acrobat files of any supplementary presentation materials they have provided. This may include copies of slides, outlines, or articles cited from publications. We make every effort possible to gather all presentation materials prior to the event. The availability of materials is contingent on presenters submitting them. They are stored on a password-access-only page on our website. Any late or updated presentations will be uploaded to this page up to two (2) weeks after the close of the event.

CONFERENCES: WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE VENUE

Check the host hotel reader boards, video monitors, or the hotel registration staff for the location of the sessions. We are listed with the hotel under our company name or by the name of the event.

CONFERENCES: ACCREDITATION & CERTIFICATES OF ATTENDANCE

Certificates of Attendance will only be issued upon request. Please submit a business card to our Operations Coordinator while at the event. Accreditation differs for each event. Many times, it is offered on-line (post-event) and only for a limited time. If you have any questions, please contact us prior to the event. Also, some accrediting bodies require printed course work to receive full credit. Please check with your accrediting body prior to the event.

CONFERENCES: HELPFUL HINTS

  • Dress in "layers" or perhaps bring a sweater in anticipation of room temperature fluctuation. Many attendees dress business casual.
  • Bring business cards. This will aid you with networking and aid us in keeping your contact information current.
  • Fill out session evaluation forms (provided at the event). Feedback from our many repeat customers helps shape our events.
  • If you have any special dietary needs, please notify us prior to the event and as soon as possible.
  • Please check our website often for program updates.

CONFERENCES: SUBSTITUTION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Your registration may be transferred to a member of your organization up to 24 hours prior to the first day of the event. All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the event to receive a refund less the $395.00 administrative charge. No refunds will be made after this date. However, the registration fee less the $395.00 administrative charge can be credited toward another comparable World Congress event (registration must be received within 6 months of the event from which you cancel). In case of conference cancellation, World Congress's liability is limited to refund of conference registration fee only. Programs are subject to change and we reserve the right to alter all programs without prior notice. [back to top]

If a multiple/simultaneous log-in is detected at any time, your session will be immediately terminated and no refunds will be available. We reserve the right to charge additional fees per log-in.

WEBCAST: SUBSTITUTION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations must be received in writing 3 weeks before the start of the event. Cancellations received 3 weeks before the start of the event will have the option to receive a refund less a $295 administrative fee. a full credit letter towards a future event Or you may switch to the archived version of the Webcast.
No Refunds will be made within 3 weeks of the Webcast.

COMPENDIA
We make every effort possible to gather all presentation materials prior to an event. A Compendium contains links to the materials via email. In the event presentation materials are submitted late, a link to our website will be updated within 2 weeks after the close of the event. The availability of materials is contingent on presenters submitting them. A Compendium contains links to biographies of our presenters and Adobe Acrobat files of any supplementary presentation materials they have provided. This may include copies of slides, outlines, or articles cited from publications. The availability of materials is contingent on presenters submitting them. A Compendium is not a transcript of the event.

REPORTS & NEWSLETTERS FAQ

REPORTS: What to Expect
Reports and Newsletters are distributed electronically and will be emailed to the purchaser once they have been published. No Paper Copies are available.  If a Report has already been published it may take up to 2 business days for it to be emailed to purchaser.
